2020 Pricing Updates

All tickets created after 1/1/20 will be subject to 2020 pricing as follows:

Normal Priority - $150 / hr

Urgent Priority - $300 / hr

Please also note that our HelpDesk has a 1 hour minimum for billing purposes.  Tickets are billed at a minimum of 1 hour and then in 15 minute increments beyond that.

If you have an event coming up and will need website updates, we encourage you to submit your ticket well in advance to avoid Urgent pricing.  The order and timeline of ticket completion for Normal tickets will be determined based upon how quickly your estimate is approved, how long the ticket will take to complete, and our current project availability.

Please know that your request is very important to us, and we will try to complete it in a timely manner.  If you have a specific deadline, just make sure that we are aware of it from the beginning, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

*** January Special ***

For the month of January, we will be running a special where tasks requiring 15 minutes of time or less will be billed at $50.  We hope that offering this promotion will help our clients who have small website tasks that do not meet our normal 1 hour minimum charge.
